Presentation
Description
In "It's Not About the Sand Castle," Randy will
remind the audience that while accomplishment, accolades and
success is meaningful, the real leader doesn't define oneself
by milestones. The real winner in life knows that no matter
how well or poor one is doing, success lies in the effort
that is thrown into each and every day. It's not about the
sand castles in life, its working on the sand castles that
we really love. We must love the work and not love the win!
