  1. Location/Directions: The conference facility is the SPCA located at 2400 Lone Star, Dallas, Texas 75212-6309.

  2. Refunds: Registration is non-refundable but can be transferred to a coworker. Workshop selections and lunch choice must remain unchanged.
  3. Group Rates: Group rates are not available.
  4. Vendors: Vendor tables are not available. Information tables are available for materials that are pertinent to the field of volunteer resources management.
  5. Lunch: A hot lunch is included in the registration fee. Vegetarian meals are also available.
  6. Attendance: Approximately 300 professional volunteer resources managers attend this conference each year from the North Texas region and the surrounding tri-state area. The large majority are paid staff. However, a few volunteer resources managers are also volunteers themselves.
  7. Handicapped Accessibility: The conference facility is a one-story building and is wheelchair accessible.
  8. Scholarships: Scholarships are offered through the sponsoring DOVIAs.
  9. Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance. CEUs are no longer available for attendance. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
